Best Quotes of the Week

So, after another emotional battle with my past (a.k.a. Mr. Biz has a new girlfriend, and although I knew this before last night- last night I saw it in his eyes....so SUCK IT) Today, I think I need to pull the "I Don't Want To Talk About" Card.  And as much as I love sharing my emotional diarrhea with you all, I feel like this is something that even I do not understand.

This strange and sudden rush of emotion could stem from the fact that it is break up season for the Fall line up of TV Shows- Dan and Vanessa on Gossip Girl, Laurie and Smith on Cougar Town, Don Draper and His Blonde on Mad Men, Kenny Powers and Vida on East Bound and Down.  AND I watched (500) Days of Summer AND He's Just Not That Into You in the past 24 hours...so basically I may have done this to myself.  I am an emotional cutter.  I, unknowingly, emotionally bullied myself into a vulnerable state.  So...for now, I shall retreat into my adolescent emotional core and write love letters to Jordan Catalano while doodling on my algebra homework.

While I am off doing that, I shall share with you my favorite quotes from the cinematic love/lust/heartache roller coaster I just stepped off:
"I'm in love and it's the real deal, like keep the baby type of love." - Laurie, Cougar Town

"Thank you. That was actually my nickname in college. They called me perfectly adequate Hansen." -Tom [taking a sip of champagne]
"They used to call me anal girl." - Summer
[Tom spits out the champagne]
"I was very neat and organized." - Summer, (500) Days of Summer

"Roses are red; violets are blue. Fuck you, whore." - Tom, (500) Days of Summer

Yes, that is Ricky Vasquez on the left.
"You have an ass that makes me wanna dry hump!" -Anna
"Did you just say 'Dry hump'? " -Ben
"Yep." -Anna
"I think I just fell in love." -Ben, He's Just Not That Into You

"Oh girl I don't know about that... My trampy little sister says MySpace is the new booty call." - Joshua, He's Just Not That Into You
